Natural beauty shines through at any age
Gena is soo lovely
My father was in high school with Anna Italiano, Columbus High in the Bronx. He didn’t know her well, but he recalled that among the girls, she carried herself with a usual dignity.
As an Iranian we know when it's the best time to pick Jasmine and roses. We literally grow up playing under their bushes smelling them, cultivating them when we are older , and writing poetry about Jasmine and Roses for thousands of years!
Does Gena mention what perfumes she likes? I can't understand much her voice is really low compared to the other two
The rug of that guy is so loud that you can't hear Gena!
@@firouz256 🥺 I really wanted to know what perfume she wears 💔
"That's a smart girl" ... This dude 🙄😒🥴
Winnie Wallace... I'm waiting for my own Mel Brooks. What a guy !! .Think of the confidence he'd give you.. Ms Bancroft.....you were a very lucky lady.
If you knew 🎵 Tallulah 🎶 Like I know Tallulah 🎵 Oh! Oh! 🎶 WHAT a Gal!🎵 Thanks for this great post! And I'll be seeing YOU! 💋
You should hear the flip side of this record, my top 10 hit! SINK the BISMARCK 😊 💋
Frankly, my Darling, I don't care what they're saying as long as they're talking about ME! 💋 I'll be seeing YOU! 😉 😂 😁 🤣
Just think how Frank Sinatra felt when he found out that he was engaged to a transgender. Becall was a great actor!
Great opening skit. However big mouth matey ruined the interview, gena doesn't get a word in and the look she gives to that bloke is hilarious..... He cuts her and Joan off and Gena fave is... Giving
His name is Robert... Twit
Not beautiful. Handsom; mature. She came along when acting looked like acting -- that silly "Bogart Era." Didn't matter, since she was no artist; only after the money. Often embarrassing to watch because of her stilted, artificial style, few remember her.
Happy celestial birthday, Carole! My great great grandmother worked for you for a little while and always told my grandma that you were wonderful, kind, and very funny! 😊
She had a lovely voice.
They don’t make comedy like this anymore. Pity.
Amazing and classy… LOVE HER ❤😊
In a complete class of their own!
Herrlich ❤❤❤ die große Marlene Dietrich ... Sternstunden des Showbusiness 👑⚜️👑
First of all, so-called ''Lauren Bacall" was not her real name. I think it's a disgrace and shows complete disrespect of one's heritage to change their birth name, unless when a woman gets married. If a woman gets married and DOESN'T change her last name, that shows no respect to her husband. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the name "Betty Joan Perske"?! The change was probably made as a result of pressure from a greedy Business Manager and or Studio, with respect to perceived anticipation of greater recognition and subsequent monetary gain?!
For a few years she was the best looking actress ever. Smoldering.
She said being married to him was like a party every day.
❤❤❤
Most beautiful woman ever lived
Gorgeous Miss Bacall was incredible. A most erotic experience is watching her smoke a cigarette. It was said that after she lit up in To Have and Have Not, 1 million women took up the habit. She was only 19. Barbara Bain/Cinamon Carter ranked.
she was beautiful when she was young, and bogart was so cool. i wonder what h was like in real life
spellcheck. what was bogart like in real life
Lauren Bacall is THE Queen Empress Of Hollywood Beauty.
Quite simply - a beautiful couple !. Their love for each other throughout their entire marriage is just so inspiring and wonderful !. RIP beautiful lady x
Anne Bancroft or Anna Maria Louisa Italiano, was a splendid actress; a beautiful woman! Oscar worthy.
That Harper's Bazaar cover is so creepy....they have her looking like a bat in front of a Blood Donation sign.....something not right here. Just listen to Rabbi Finkelstein's radio interview.
WONDERFUL MARIA RIVA
My boss's wife looks just like her. Amazing
Very beautiful woman, magnificent.
She was an amazing woman in that she truly had great character! While I never knew her personally, just from all her interviews one can see the true person she was. I think she was one of the last best true glamours actress. My favorite, Dark Passage
Anne looked really good at 55
The way she looks at him in beginning of video is so loving ❤
What a cool person
The way love should be 💯 ❤️

Neat to see Gregory Peck in this video. Another legend. Bacall was simply amazing to the point where words fail me. An icon for the ages.
Is that the first Bette Davis photo actually Patricia Neal??
Enjoying getting to know my name sake. My mother named me after her ❤
An actress for the ages. One of the greatest and most underrated actress of all times. A GEM.
One thing she mentioned in many interviews was how wonderful Old Hollywood really was (meaning the people) & often said she had a bad taste in her mouth over the present Hollywood & she probably isn't the only one!!
I like more that kind of.woman like her like linda fiorentino.Than merylin or catty style
RIP Natasha Richardson 😢
Brillant 👑👑
Marvelous, simply marvelous!
After her shocking Oscar loss for the Mirror Has Two Faces, Bacall said not so subtly Harvey Weinstein prob had something to do with Juliette's win ("The English Patient" was a Miramax production). In other words, Bacall attributed her loss to Harvey's extravagant "vote buying" in Hollywood.
Bacall didn't get to become who she is by being nice and considerate to those around her, so I don't understand all these comments about how nice she was. She was widowed at 33 with three children and suddenly had to make a living for her family. Not EZ in those times the 50's-60's. She had to develop a tough exterior to prevent from being taken advantage of in Hollywood. I'm sure men came onto and propositioned her after Bogey's death, she and Sinatra were practically engaged to get married (she thanks the heavens that didn't happen), she said it wouldn't have lasted anyway. Lauren Bacall is what we call the ultimate "tough cookie" and she's stepped on more than her share of toes.
